Here's one that provides information on several different possible motion tweens in Flash CS6 from lynda.com

Bouncing Ball
You will create a bouncing ball (sphere) animation that squashes and stretches, and has a shadow underneath that follows it's path. It should also slow down and speed up accurately - implementing some of the "easing in" and "easing out" ideas from the motion tweens video. Keep those artistic principles in mind (or should I say elements) when you create the sphere. What makes a circle look like a sphere? Or a shape look like a form?
First read this on the 12 Principles of Animation THEN check out this VIDEO for help in illustrating the principles.
This is another article that describes the principles in a way that's fairly easy to understand. You can click HERE to read it.
Once you have read these and think you understand the principles well enough to teach them to the class, come up with a creative way to explain and demonstrate them to your classmates.
You will be graded on creativity, communication and clarity.
In other words:
1. Finding a creative and unique way to show/tell/explain the principles
2. Communicating it - using a clear voice, accurately describing/relaying the information
3. Being clear - make sure it's easy to comprehend, through the use of your "creative" demonstration techniques.
Use visuals as well as verbal - oral and written if it helps.
To present: Next Wednesday March 6 in class.
You can decide whether you're going to work on the bouncing ball or the animation principles over the next few days.
